User Responsibilities 

Users are expected to use the website responsibly and in accordance with these terms and conditions. Users must not engage in any activities that could harm the website or interfere with other users’ access.


Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All content on the Ndhula Luxury Tented Lodge website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ndhula Luxury Tented Lodge or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Privacy Policy

We collect the following personal information: name and surname, phone number and email address. Additionally, we collect credit card details at checkout through a 3D secure payment gateway. This information is used to process bookings and manage your reservations. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.


Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policies

In the event that a guest is a non-arrival at the property without prior notification, a no-show fee of the full –


a) FIT Cancellation Policy (up to 3 rooms)

  1. All cancellations must be given in writing.
  2. Cancellation policy per booking:
  3. If cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will apply
  4. If cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged.
  5. Cancellations of 4 rooms and more, group cancellation policy will apply.
  6. Guaranteed reservations will be held for the first night only, after which the accommodation will be released.


b) Group Cancellation Policy (4 rooms or more)

  1. All group cancellations must be given in writing.
  2. Cancellation policy per booking:
  3. If cancelled up to 61 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will apply.
  4. If cancelled 59 to 30 days prior to arrival, a 25% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged.
  5. If cancelled 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged.
  6. If cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged.


Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 

  1. Ndhula Luxury Tented Lodge makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the website’s content. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using the website. Users access the website at their own risk.

  2. Subject to section 43(5) and 43(6) of ECTA, if applicable, and to the extent permitted by law, the Website and the Online Profiles, including any current or future offer of products or services, are provided on an “as is” basis, and may include inaccuracies or typographical errors and Ndhula Luxury Tented Lodge shall not be held liable for any damage, loss or liability of any nature whatsoever, howsoever caused.

  3. The User waives and abandons any and all liabilities and claims of any nature whatsoever, howsoever arising, which he might have against Ndhula Luxury Tented Lodge and releases Ndhula Luxury Tented Lodge against any and all liability and claims that may arise or accrue to the User.


Transaction Currency 

All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).


Delivery Policy

Booking confirmations are delivered via email to the address provided at the time of booking.


Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.


Country of Domicile 

Ndhula Luxury Tented Lodge is domiciled in South Africa.


Amendments 

Ndhula Luxury Tented Lodge reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

Users will be notified of any changes via the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.


Termination 

Ndhula Luxury Tented Lodge reserves the right to terminate user access to the website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms and conditions.

Fully Licensed Establishment:

Please take note that we are a fully licensed establishment. All meals and beverages must be purchased from our outlets. No self-catering facilities are available, and guests may not enter the premises with personal food and beverage items. Exceptions will only be made by prior arrangement for wedding cakes and fine wines not available on our wine list, in which case a corkage fee will apply.
