Child policy:

One child from the age of 4 upwards permitted to share with one adult. An adult sharing with one child plays the sharing rate. We regret that no extra beds can be added to the tents for children.

Payment terms: Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival


Cancellation terms: 

1. All cancellations must be given in writing.

2. Cancellation policy per booking:

2.1. If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will apply

2.2. If cancelled 31 to 15 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged.

2.3. If cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged.
